A human being, like all physical objects and all organisms, is actually composed of vibrations and frequencies.  Like all physical matter we vibrate at unique frequencies – our own specific signature.  Our “physical” body then, can be thought of very much as an antenna and amplifier system, continuously sending and receiving various frequencies from everything else in the universe.  Some frequencies are beneficial, while others, such as cell phone and 5G tower frequencies, are harmful and have even been shown to cause cancer.

What we think of as our body – our physical body – is only part of what makes up our human organism.  We also generate an energy field which can interact with the fields of others, and this is where we can start to understand the process of energy medicine. 

In addition to our physical body and physical organs we also possess “energetic” anatomy.  This includes structures such as the meridians used by Oriental medicine and acupuncture, as well as energy centers, or vortices, that are best described in the Ayurvedic medical literature from India.  This body of knowledge that has been compiled over the centuries is quite vast and detailed.  Stimulating the body’s energy meridians at key points called Acupoints stimulates our body’s innate healing mechanism in specific ways.

Homeopathic medicines, on the other hand, contain the quantum mechanical waveform of the original source material that each homeopathic medicine is made from.  Plants, minerals and other substances have all been used to make homeopathic medicines.  These quantum mechanical waveforms then interact with the energy field of the recipient, i.e., the patient or client, and provide instructions to our energy field and innate ability to heal.

This innate ability to heal probably needs just a few words of clarification.  Naturopathic medicine from European Traditions, Ayurvedic medicine from India, and Classical Oriental medicine from China and other Asian countries all refer to an innate ability to heal, which is regulated and mediated by our body’s energetic field.  This energy goes by the name Qi (pronounced Chee, and alternatively spelled Chi, Chee, Ji, or Ki). In India it is known as Prana. In ancient Europe, this same energy was referred to as the Vital Force.  In the various forms of Oriental medicine, health is recognized to result from the proper flow of Qi in the body.

The various forms of energy medicine use different methods to make an assessment of the state of the patient’s energy field, and then use one or more methods of stimulating a change to the patient’s energy.  This can be through the needles of acupuncture, the medicines of homeopathy, or directly by the energy field of the practitioner into the energy field of the recipient.

Another aspect of energy medicine deserving attention is the concept of Kinesiology.  This term actually has several meanings in the medical field.  First, it refers to the general field of the scientific study of the movement of the human body and the musculoskeletal system, and making corrections to these, often as part of rehabilitation after injuries. It involves the specific use of anatomy, physiology, the nervous system and biochemistry.  It is also used in athletics training.

Another use of the term Kinesiology is involved in energy medicine, and is the process by which a practitioner uses his or her energy field to obtain diagnostic information directly from a patient’s energy field.  This has an advantage is that it bypasses the patient’s conscious mind, who may have forgotten to tell the practitioner all the important symptoms.  There are a variety of methods used in this portion of kinesiology, but only one has undergone double blind, placebo controlled testing to determine its validity.  This method is called the Omura Bidigital O-Ring Test, name after its inventor.  This is the method of kinesiological testing that Dr. Cage uses and recommends.  It is an integral part of his HSIF™ system of physical/energy medicine.
